people will probably mod it up before selling it to you, expect to pay 500K+ for a sundering chaos axe of fortitude req 9. I'm not even going to guess about +8, I've never seen it before.

Unless you have a build that requires low axe mastery (a build that is for hoh or gvg, dont bother spending a ton for CA or TA), your better off buying a req 11-13, then spending the money saved on a shield, armor etc. One more thing, get any mod but sundering.
